EKGC AGM 2025
Notice is hereby given that our club Annual General Meeting covering the year of 2024 (financial year up to 31st October 2024) will be held at East Kilbride Gymnastics Club, Stewartfield on Sunday 27th July 2025 at 6:30 p.m.
The meeting is open to all members, and it is hoped that a good turnout will be made to support the club.
A full agenda and various reports have been added to this page, please see below.
If you do have anything that needs to be discussed, please send the details 48 hours in advance of the meeting to Chairman@ekgc.org for inclusion on the night. Please note that only agenda items and Notices of Motion received in advance can be discussed at the AGM.
There will, however, be a short question and answer session at the end of the AGM.
