• EKGC and coaches are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class

• EKGC reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change

• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority

• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they are ill

• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances

• You must inform the club of when you wish to leave the club to enable the club to stop your subscriptions prior to next payments. Failure to inform us of a child leaving will mean that subscriptions will continue until we are informed with no refund. Parents should put this notification in writing to admin@ekgc.org 

• After the second visit all gymnasts must be registered with British Gymnastics to continue training. No gymnasts can train until this registration is completed. Parents should go to this link to complete the registration and pay the appropriate fee to BG:
